DotDay

International Dot Day is celebrated on September 15. The day was inspired by Peter H. Reynolds' book The Dot, which reminds us that everyone can make their mark on the world.

Whether it’s through art, words, kindness, or new ideas—your mark matters. Don’t be afraid to start small, just like Vashti in The Dot. Even the smallest dot can grow into something big and amazing when you believe in yourself.

Remember, your creativity and unique talents can change the world. So, today and every day, make your mark—and see where it leads!

Students can wear clothes that have circles/dots or design a piece of art starting with a dot. Please share with Mrs. Hutton, so she can celebrate your creativity!
