The Knox County Health Department will be offering COVID Vaccinations to 16 and 17 year old's on Saturday, April 17, 2021.

The Health Department will be administering the Pfizer vaccine at the old Bergner's building in what used to be the Sandburg Mall in Galesburg, Illinois. 

Parents/Guardians are required to pre-register their child and must accompany their child to the clinic, for both the first and second doses.  A parental consent must be signed before the vaccine can be given. Minors who arrive without a legal guardian to sign the consent will be turned away without the vaccine.
